Hisham Abugharbieh, 26, was charged Saturday with two counts of first-degree premeditated murder in connection with the deaths of two University of South Florida doctoral students. Human remains recovered near the Howard Frankland Bridge were identified Friday as belonging to Zamil Limon, 27, while the body of Nahida Bristy, 27, has not yet been found.
